Part of my quick trip to Altanta USA last year was because I had to come home to a big pre-Christmas work load in the Salon. But also for a beautiful wedding, with lovely touches of vintage. So off I went out to the little location of Rangitane, on the Kerikeri Inlet. Suzy Poole joined me doing Make up and Alley Rowe of Alice Photography was there to capture the moments on film. Geraldine was so relaxed as were her lovely bridesmaids. So gorgeous Ladies, loved working with you all. Lxx
This was one of my favourite weddings from last season.
Melissa was just beautiful as you can see from her photos. Again Lynnette Watson was on make up.
This time the very talented Terry Robinson was taking photos. She doesn’t do it as often as she used to but when she does, they’re amazing.
This day had the family all around, which is always great to see.
Time flys, as their 1st anniversary has just been with a little one on the way.

Ashley & Corey got married in Russell this year on Feb 1st.
I went over to the Duke of Marlborough to get Ash ready bright and early.
We were soon joined by Lynnette Watson doing make up.
Ashley and her family are locals in the Kerikeri area, so I’d known them for a while. So nice.
Next to arrive was Rachel Jordon of ‘Two Little Starfish’ photography.

Waitangi day is one usually spent thinking about the birth of our Nation.
Instead I travelled with Lynnette Watson, make up artist to the little west coast resort town of Omapere to help get Irene ready for her special day.
This was a very intimate wedding with 20-30 guests…perfect in my book.

Justine and Brett had been together for 25 years and Feb 15 seemed the right time to tie the knot.
Justine is so beautiful and looked totally radiant for her special day.
When I joined them on Saturday lunchtime the whole wedding party were very relaxed.
All I could ask for really.
Justine had spent many hours making things to make their property just right for the occasion.
